Dr. Gordon E. Lawson
With more than four decades of experience in chiropractic care, nutrition, sports medicine, orthopaedics, rehabilitation, and pain management, Dr. Gordon Lawson brings a broad, multidisciplinary perspective to Lifestyle Medicine and patient care.
Dr. Lawson graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), following his studies at York University. He went on to complete a Diploma in Human Nutrition from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine at the University of London, as well as a Master of Science degree from the University of Bridgeport.
His professional experience extends beyond clinical practice. He has worked as a nutritional consultant for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations, and has held teaching positions at York University, CMCC, and universities internationally. He has also taught Graston Technique for many years and contributed to its use in Olympic settings.
Today, Dr. Lawson’s approach is grounded in Lifestyle Medicine, helping patients understand the factors that influence their health and empowering them to improve their healthspan not simply their lifespan. His approach is practical and collaborative, focusing on sustainable strategies around movement, nutrition, and overall well-being.

Dr. Susan A. Gillis
Dr. Susan Gillis brings more than four decades of experience in chiropractic care and a broad background in complementary approaches to health and wellness. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario on the Dean’s Honour List and cum laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, receiving several awards of distinction. She has also been nominated for Chatelaine’s “Women Who Make a Difference” award and remains actively involved in her local community and international philanthropic initiatives.
Dr. Gillis takes a highly individualized, wholistic approach to care, incorporating chiropractic adjustments, modalities, laser acupuncture, and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET). Learn more about NET She has also pursued training in TEAM-CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), an approach developed within the Feeling Good Institute. Her extensive continuing education includes nutrition, sports medicine, musculoskeletal care and rehabilitation.
As a mother of three and grandmother of three, Dr. Gillis understands the importance of balance in both professional and family life. Her goal is to empower patients to reach their potential while supporting balance in their physical and emotional health. At the heart of her practice is a whole-person perspective that recognizes the connection between the body, mind, lifestyle and health.
